Terms of Service

01. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the LoveLine application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LoveLine, Inc.. Your continued use of the Service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02. Eligibility

To use LoveLine, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Service is strictly for adults. We do not permit individuals under 18 to create accounts, and we will terminate any account found to belong to a minor.
• You must be legally permitted to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a person barred from using the Service under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• You must not have been previously banned from LoveLine or suspended for a violation of these Terms.
• You must not be a registered sex offender.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements above. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

03. Your Account

To access the core features of LoveLine, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your password and not share your account credentials with any third party.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notify us immediately at ariana.li@flyingnana.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• Create only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, cancel accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

04. User Content

"User Content" means any information, photos, text, messages, or other material you submit, post, or display on or through the Service.

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content.
• The content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• The content is accurate, and you are accurately representing yourself. Impersonating another person is strictly prohibited.
• The content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

License to LoveLine

By submitting User Content, you grant LoveLine, Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting purposes only), and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or your account, subject to our data retention obligations.

Content Standards

User Content must not include:

• Nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence.
• Content that harasses, bullies, threatens, or demeans other users.
• Hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Misinformation, scams, spam, or deceptive content.
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, monitor, and remove User Content that violates these standards, at any time and without notice.

05. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Soliciting money, financial information, or gifts from other users (financial scamming or "catfishing").
• Using the Service to advertise, promote, or solicit commercial products or services without our prior written consent.
• Collecting, harvesting, or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.
• Using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access, extract, or interact with the Service.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features or access controls of the Service.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Service.
• Transmitting any virus, malware, or other malicious code through the Service.
• Accessing or tampering with the accounts of other users.
• Engaging in or facilitating human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or any other illegal activity.
• Creating a false identity or impersonating any person or entity.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading our servers, networks, or infrastructure.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account, reporting to law enforcement, and/or civil or criminal liability.

06. Subscriptions & Payments

Free & Premium Features

LoveLine offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Certain features are only available to subscribers of our premium plans ("LoveLine Premium"). Details of each plan, including pricing and included features, are displayed in the app at the time of purchase.

Billing & Renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be made to your payment method on file. Prices may change with notice.

In-App Purchases (Apple App Store)

If you purchase a subscription through the Apple App Store, your payment will be charged to your Apple ID account. Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions). We do not process or have access to your Apple ID payment information.

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. To request an App Store refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will notify you in advance of any price change and give you the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

07. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, and other content provided by LoveLine, Inc.(excluding User Content), is the exclusive property of LoveLine, Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its content, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, unless you have our written permission or are permitted to do so by law.

"LoveLine" and associated logos are trademarks of LoveLine, Inc.. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

08. Third-Party Services & Links

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or applications (such as Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Stripe, or social media platforms). These third-party services are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.

Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy. We encourage you to review those policies before using any linked service.

LoveLine is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. "App Store" is a trademark of Apple Inc.

09. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LOVELINE, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content on or transmitted via the Service, including User Content submitted by other users.
• Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or that any results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable.

LoveLine is a platform for meeting people. We do not conduct background checks on users and do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or conduct of any user. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. Please exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with strangers, both online and in person.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LOVELINE, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill.
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Damages arising from the conduct or content of any third party or other user on the Service.

IN ALL CASES, THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF LOVELINE, INC. TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LOVELINE, INC. IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoveLine, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to:

• Your access to or use of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right.
• Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice and with immediate effect, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by law or a regulatory authority.
• Your conduct poses a safety risk to other users or to us.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity associated with your account.
• We decide to discontinue the Service, in whole or in part.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including Sections 4 (User Content license), 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimers), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 14 (Dispute Resolution).

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

If you are a consumer based in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory local law provisions.

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at ariana.li@flyingnana.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your written notice describing the claim and your desired resolution.

Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, you and LoveLine, Inc. agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in English, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision.

Class Action Waiver

YOU AND LOVELINE, INC. AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and LoveLine, Inc. agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Exceptions

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of intellectual property rights or confidential information.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Post the updated Terms at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
• Send you a push notification or in-app alert if you have an active account.
• Send an email to the address associated with your account for significant changes.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
